Tasting Notes: Our second collaboration and also an award winner at the 2023 Heating Up The Capital Hot Sauce Expo, this time with Beyond Hot (beyondhot.ca) out of Lethbridge, Alberta. We've taken a classic sweet heat Nashville hot sauce, and made it our own with a nice slice of Canadiana. Pairs well with fried chicken, hamburgers, tacos, deep fried shrimp, chicken & rice dishes, and eggs!

      Smokin sweet sauce

      This was the first time trying out the Dragons Breath pepper and it does hit on heat .The Smoked flavour with garlic. Onion maple syrup and the peppers just mix in so beautifully well done
